Working for Safran Engineering Services UK Limited, this position is based near Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Main Duties of the role will be :-
Realise the support actions of the Project in terms of reporting, and follow up
Responsible for all Support and Administrative aspects of the Project : Cost/Quality/Schedule
Support the Flow Management activity: monitor the project by tracking the technical deliverables, to ensure their progress, and to escalate the blocking issues.
Support the Team board's deployment and participate to the daily drumbeat of the activity.
Prepare the internal reporting, for SES Management.
Report on deliverables
Assist PM & EM in administrative functions of project related assignments, such as scheduling meetings and taking minutes of meetings.
Assist in overall planning, tracking and documentation of the project from project proposal phase to project closeout.

Knowledge of PROMPT
Experience of ITAR controlled documents
B Eng Aerospace Engineering – Manufacturing/Engineering Management or equivalent
This position will require the successful to undergo Security Checks including evidence of the right to work in the UK and a DBS check

Efficient in using MS Project and MS Excel
Competent in using PDM software and MS Office Tools
Engineering /Technical background to understand engineering activities in a manufacturing environment
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, transverse project environment
Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and written
A willingness to undertake PM+ project management methodology training
