Job description

Perimeter : for our customer AIRBUS Helicopter,
In charge of Quality, On Time Delivery and Performance objectives of all Post Delivery activities related to the Program
Support the continuous improvement and the commercial development of the Program activities
Promote the End to End and one company attitude

Main activities :
Coordinate D2, D3 and D4 activities
Ensure contractual coverage and economical follow-up
Focal point for Program customer interface regarding Post Delivery Activities

Job requirements

5 years experience as preferred in aerospace industry and/or in Electrical Wiring Systems
Knowledge of industrial concepts, practices and procedures within the aerospace industry
Knowledge of wiring industry from design to installation is recommended
Knowledge of Quality and environmental constraints in Aerospace industry (ISO9001, AS/EN9100, ISO14001, PART21, PART145, FAR145,…)
Basics of Finance and Controlling
Strong leadership, team spirit skills
Good written and oral communication skills
Written and oral professional English

Complementary description

Contribute to the flow down of Customer requirements to the Post Delivery teams.
Responsible to put in place the Post Delivery metrics including Quality and Financial ones and ensuring their effectiveness and accuracy
Responsible to define budget assumptions for Post Delivery activities and contribute to budget note from Program.
Support Quality improvements and corrective actions process.
Support and coordinate commercial activities related to Post Delivery activities
Support the continuous improvement of the Program activities and harmonization over the sites in charge of Post Delivery activities.
