We currently have a position available for five Technician's in Little Rock, Arkansas.

  • • This position will perform electrical wire harness modification and repair at partner sites

  • • Modification and repair of bundles at partner sites with the following duties
o Reads instructions such as work orders, diagrams, form boards and wire lists to determine materials needed and sequence of assembly.
o Rework connectors, back shells, wires terminations, splices, split rings, lugs and any other component built in a Wire Harness
o Wrap and tie wires
o Route wires
o Change routing/ breakouts
o Perform Electrical Tests
  • • Complete associated paperwork
  • • Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture
  • • Regular, predictable attendance is required
  • • Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • • Must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
  • • Must have 0-2 years of wiring experience. Basic wiring experience or a combination of experience and training.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • • Basic ability to complete new hire training requirement
  • • Basic wiring knowledge
  • • Advanced ability to work in a team environment using interpersonal skills

Scope of Responsibility

  • • Under close supervision performs modification and repair of bundles at partner sites
  • • Work is closely supervised-follows specific, detailed instructions

Planning, Analysis and Problem Solving

  • • Basic problem solving

Communication

  • • Internal contacts, including Area Team Leader, Operations Team Leader, other peers in group and the customer

Certification

  • • Some may be required depending upon the customer
